Firstly the Korean language camp was organized at Ushynsky University

February 13-15, 2017 on the basis of the educational, informative and cultural center of the Republic of Korea there was opened the Korean language camp. Among the Ukrainian participants of linguistic and cultural project there were students of Foreign Languages Faculty, Philological Faculty and Socio-humanitarian Faculty. At the opening ceremony a welcoming speech to the representatives was proclaimed by Professor Chu Jae U and Associate Professor Anton Ananiev.

The volunteers from the Republic of Korea prepared for Ukrainian students informative linguistic and cultural program, which included  language training and performance of Korean songs, national painting of veyers, painting of traditional Korean masks, cooking Korean national dishes. Korean students are introduced Ukrainian youth with particular features of history and contemporary life of the Republic of Korea. Ukrainian students prepared for their new Korean friends several presentations about Ukraine and an interesting excursion program to discover Odessa.

All participants of the First Korean camp are looking forward to continuing their work in the summer.
