Within the Third International Congress on the faculty of primary education was held the International conference "Training of primary school teachers: modern challenges".

The conference was attended by over 70 Ukrainian experts not only from our university - and many other educational institutions of Ukraine and Poland.

The needs to improve the content of training of future elementary school teacher associated with various aspects of modernization of primary school, the transition to the implementation of the new state standard for primary education, support of humanizing education, children centrism ideas in education, introduction of the principles of competence and personality-oriented approaches to teaching primary school children, introduction of information technology in the educational process of elementary school.
