September 8 - 10, 2017 Literary and musical living room of the State institution “South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky” held the Second All-Ukrainian Festival of Copyright Song and Poetry, in which 150 participants took part.

The festival was held for the second time. This year it is dedicated to the 200th anniversary of Ushynsky University.

Each participant of the festival was able to realize his creative potential in various genres of author's song and poetry. 28 hours of the singing marathon ended at 14.00 on September 11th with the awarding of all participants of the festival "Diplomas" and the new bilingual book by Olexandr Yatsy "Calendar 2018 - My Petro Leshchenko" dedicated to the works of Petro Leshchenko and Volodymyr Vysotsky and modern bards.
