1. The "Silver Fork" International Competition of Choral and VocalMusic, an important eventinthe creative lifeof youngperformers, was hosted in Saint Petersburg from the 4th to the 8th of November 2012. Among this year'swinnerswere our Music Education students Wang Wenyu(1st Prize) and XieYuqin(3rd Prize). Congratulations to thewinners on theirwell-deserved victories! We wish for them continued creative accomplishments and achievements.

2. Our Chinese students' chorus of the Institute ofArts won 1st prize in the "Autumn Stars"International Competition in Yalta on October. We congratulate the winners and wish them luck in their future plans and endeavors!

3. The Odessa Region Bench Press Open Championship was held on November 18, 2012. Our Preparatory Department student from Cameroon, Watchou Kouokam Sedric, won in the categories as Open 75, Absolute Open, and Special Olympics. We wish him continued success in his sports competitions!
