For the first time in the history of Ukraine in Odessa there has been a large-scale open-water swimming competition - OCEANMAN. This is a series of competitions that are staged in several cities throughout the year. Since 2016 OCEANMAN is an international open-water world championship for both amateurs and professionals.

The competition has been attended by 800 participants from 18 countries. About 3,000 fans supported their pets.

The winner of the 5 km run became a graduate of the Faculty of Physical Rehabilitation of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky, Master of Sports of Ukraine Volodymyr Voronko.

The Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Culture and Sports Courses, the Administration of Ushynsky University congratulate Volodymyr on victory!
