October 8, 2018, a roundtable discussion on "Ukraine in the conditions of socio-economic development: problems and perspectives" was held on the basis of Odesa national scientific library with the first year students of Ushynsky University, specialty "Public managment and administration".

In an interesting form, students discussed issues such as "Human Development in Ukraine" (Kornya K.); "Ecological problems and ways of their solution" (Shargorodskaya K.); "Nursing - an educational reform in action" (Pindak Y.); "Problems and prospects of entrepreneurship at the present stage" (Pogrebnaya N.); "Unemployment in Ukraine: causes, types, consequences" (Stepanova I.); "Ukraine among the poorest countries in terms of GDP per capita" (Chernyuk S.); "Sports achievements in Ukraine and internationally" (Malyavina K.); "Ukrainian demography and life expectancy" (Shvets K.).
