November 22, 2018, in order to form and develop the managerial competence of future managers of education in the specialty 073 "Management" by the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky, a visiting seminar "Management of pre-school institutions: problems and perspectives " was held on the base of Odesa pre-school educational institution " Nursery-kindergarten" № 304 of the Odesa city council in Odesa region.

Within the framework of the event, the participants had an opportunity to get acquainted with the specifics of the management of the educational institution, which provides services for inclusive education.
