March 28-29, 2019, the 5th International Festival of Contest of Arts "Music Pearls" was held in Odesa. The festival-competition covers a multitude of nominations - vocals, choir and vocal groups, piano, folk, wind instruments, drums, string instruments, author's performances. Before its anniversary date the festival managed to become traditional and with each passing year the number of its participants is constantly growing. This year, 263 participants from different cities of Ukraine (Odesa, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Vinnitsa, Lviv, Khmelnytsky, Kropivnitsky, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Kryvyi Rih, Uman), as well as from Moldova, Romania, and Great Britain participated. The second place in the "Classical vocal" nomination won the student of the Faculty of Music and Choreography of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after    K. D. Ushynsky, Veronika Bostanjian (class of trainer N.M.Tolstova, concertmaster G.P. Chemenyan).
