April 17, 2019, a scientific student seminar "Innovations in the field of sports nutrition" was held at the Training and Research Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Rehabilitation of Ushynsky University, at the Department of Theory and Methodology of Physical Culture and Sport Sciences at the XIII International All-Ukrainian Science Festival.

The purpose of the workshop is to discuss the actual issues of physical education of young people, to summarize the experience and innovations in the field of sports nutrition and to consider the effects of nutritional supplements on the body of a young person.

The participants of the seminar has had an opportunity to chat virtually with athletes of national teams of Ukraine in order to exchange experience.

The seminar has been attended by the students of the Faculty of Primary Education and representatives of comprehensive secondary schools in Odesa.
