Under this name, on February 9, 2021, an international project of the German Academic Exchange Service (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst, DAAD) was launched on the basis of the Mediation Bureau at the Center for Medical and Psychological Rehabilitation of the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D.Ushynsky.

Apart from Germany, specialists from Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, and Azerbaijan take part in the project. Ukraine is represented by three regions: Kyiv, Odesa, Donbas. The teachers of the Department of General and Differential Psychology and the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration of Ushynsky University from Odesa Region took part in the first working seminar within the framework of the international project in the online format.
