On April 20, 2022, an online seminar on "Psychological prevention of stress overload" was held on the basis of the South Ukrainian Center for Professional Development of Socionomic Leaders and Specialists of Ushynsky University with the support of the Odesa Center for Professional Development of Teachers. The speaker was Vdovichenko Oksana Volodymyrivna, Doctor of Psychology, Associate Professor, the Head of the Department of Theory and Methods of Practical Psychology, Ushynsky University.

The online seminar was attended by more than 100 people who learned about the signs of stress and mastered the techniques of prevention of stress overload, which will be useful to every educator in work and everyday life.
