On May 25, 2023, an online seminar was held for students of the first year of the second (master's) level of higher education, specialty 014 Secondary Education (Physical Culture) of Ushinsky University with the head of the Odesa regional branch (branch) of the Committee on Physical Education and Sports of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Tulunzhi Oleksandr Petrovych.

At the online seminar on the topic "Modern requirements for the professional activity of a physical culture teacher regarding the organization of mass sports and physical culture and health work with youth" Tulunzhy O.P. revealed the issue of the use of modern aspects of the organization of mass sports and physical culture and health activities of the physical culture teacher, which involve mastering the latest modules on various types of physical activity, holding various events (COOL GAMES, COMBAT GAMES, BEACH GAMES, COOL RACE, CHALLENGE FEST, COSSACK LEAGUE ) of sports), participation in the Spartakiad among physical education teachers of educational institutions, national-patriotic education of youth, creation and introduction of online challenges among school and student youth, etc.

Tulunzhi O.P. emphasized that this requires special (professional) competences from the physical culture teacher, namely: the ability to conduct training sessions and ensure the achievement of planned learning outcomes taking into account the individual characteristics and needs of students of different educational levels, the ability to create a cultural environment to meet the needs of

subjects of the educational process in active motor activity, the formation of a healthy lifestyle in them, the promotion of physical culture and sports, the ability to provide individual support to the student of education (mentoring, mentoring) during training, the ability to use modern technologies, means and methods of physical education and evaluate the effectiveness of their application etc.
