Under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, the Kyiv Department of Culture, Tourism and Cultural Heritage Protection, the "BEST FEST" Organizing Committee, the All-Ukrainian Society "Prosvita" named after T.G. Shevchenko, the European Association of Festivals (EAFF), the International multi-genre two-round festival-competition "Blooming Ukraine" was held.

The jury of the competition highly appreciated the artistic and technical skill, artistry of the performance of the 2022-2023 master's degree graduate, and today Wu Yuyue is a postgraduate student of the faculty in the competition nomination "Instrumental genre (piano)" and awarded with the title of laureate of the 1st prize.
