Traditionally, an introductory tour of the city was organized for the first-year students of the Faculty of Primary Education. Every year, this is an event that students will remember for a long time, as it is the first acquaintance with Odesa for students who came from different parts of Ukraine and the first joint event of freshmen. This year, everyone had a great time with our large friendly company. Cathedral Square...Derybasivska...Passage...City Garden...Zhvanetskyi Boulevard...Opera Theater... Every place, every monument is connected with interesting history. Lots of emotions, smiles, stories, photos.
Unfortunately, not all the outstanding places of our city were able to see because the seaside areas are blocked, but we believe that there will be Victory and there will be even more fun excursions, even more time together, even more active student life.
With faith in the future of Ukraine, at the end of the excursion, a flash mob was organized under the walls of the Opera House, with which we once again wanted to remind the whole world that Ukraine is in our hearts, that Ukraine is above all else and that the future is behind us.
On September 20, 2022, the traditional annual charity marathon "Journey through the country, united Ukraine" was held, in which more than 50 students of pre-university and higher vocational education institutions took part. The distance of the race from Shevchenko Park through the Health Route to Arcadia was five and a half kilometers, where along the route participants were waiting for signs with the names of all the cities of Ukraine, marking the unification of Ukraine and emphasizing the unity of the nation.
On September 19, 2022, an international online forum of directors of the Confucius Institutes was held, which was organized by the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press of the People's Republic of China. Mr. Zhao Lingshan, Vice President and Secretary General of the China International Education Foundation, made a welcome speech.
On September 16, for students, studying under the educational and professional program "Public Management and Administration" at Ushynsky University, within the framework of the study of the discipline "South of Ukraine and Regional Policy" a guest lecture-round table was held on the topic "The Ukrainian Black Sea Region as a Social System".
