May 15, 2018, the Agreement on Cooperation was signed between Ushynsky University and the Odessa Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.

The subject of the agreement is the cooperation of educational institutions in the field of training, retraining and advanced training of civil servants and officials of local self-government bodies, as well as employees, scientific and pedagogical workers of the parties; dissemination of knowledge on issues of state and municipal government among the population of Ukraine, organization of cooperation in the implementation of fundamental and applied scientific research taking into account the needs and interests of the state and municipal services; exchange of experience of informational and analytical support of the activity of state and municipal government bodies, analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of their activities, operational publication and dissemination of information and analytical materials; holding joint conferences, forums, seminars, summer schools and other scientific and practical events, etc.
