On November 22, 2023, the dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages met with Yu. A. Rabotin, the head of the Odesa regional organization of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine, V. V. Hnatenko, the head of the "Club of Young Nobelists" project, and Mr. Qu Bo, the head of the Odesa Association of Chinese Businessmen, who currently serves functions of the representative of the diplomatic corps of the People's Republic of China in Odesa. During the meeting, the issue of cooperation between Ushynsky University and the Confucius Institute Educational and Cultural Center in international educational and scientific projects, the opening of a Chinese comprehensive school, and the expansion of the competition platform for school and student youth were discussed.
In the spring of 2023, the dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Oleksandra Volodymyrivna Popova, took part in the National Competition "Ukrainian Language - Language of Unity"! According to the results of the competition, Oleksandr Popov and the ex-teacher of the "Confucius Institute" of Ushynsky University, Jin Lulu, received a Diploma in the nomination "Search, Truth, Science" for the study guide "Ukraine and China: Language and Culture". The award is presented by the head of the Odesa regional organization of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine Yu. A. Rabotin and the head of the Odesa Association of Chinese Businessmen Mr. Qu Bo.
