On May 14, Valentyna Kolchak, Head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Odesa Regional State Administration, paid a visit to Ushynsky University.

During the planned visit, a solemn event took place - awarding a student of Ushynsky University Bundziak Sofia - an honorary sports title - Master of Sports of Ukraine in sports aerobics. Also for significant personal contribution to the training of specialists in physical culture and sports in Odesa region diplomas from the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Odesa Regional State Administration were awarded to Doctor of Psychology, Professor, Academician of the NAPS of Ukraine, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, Rector of Ushynsky University Olexii Yakovych Chebykin; Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Gymnastics and Martial Arts Borys Tymofiyovych Dolynsky; Doctor of Physical Education and Sports, Professor of Gymnastics and Martial Arts Valentyna Georgievna Todorova.

Rector of Ushynsky University Olexii Yakovych Chebykin, for his part, praised the following students for high sports achievements and high performance in their studies: Olena Khamutynska, Maria Pilnevych, Sofia Bundziak, and Valeria Sofronova.

In turn, all winners expressed their sincere gratitude to the President of the Federation of Ukraine for Sports Aerobics and Fitness - Pasichna Tatiana Volodymirivna and the President of the PO "Odesa Aerobics Federation" - Poidenko Lina Leonidivna, for their support of athletes and for the development of sports aerobics in Ukraine.
