On June 16, 2021, the South Ukrainian Center for Professional Development of Socionomic Leaders and Specialists conducted an online seminar on "US QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN EDUCATION (CALIFORNIA)." The co-organizers of the event were the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration of Ushynsky University and the Community Outreach Academy Elementary Charter School.
The online seminar was attended by more than 60 professionals, including university staff, students of the second (master's) level of study with Mr. 073 Management, 013 Primary education, education managers of Odessa region.
The Vice-Rector for Research, Professor GV Muzychenko addressed the seminar participants with a welcoming speech. and Head of the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration, Professor Dolzhenkov OO
The keynote speaker was Michael Cerdi, Director of the Community Outreach Academy Elementary Charter School.
A number of issues were discussed at the seminar, namely:
- The specifics of planning the work of the educational institution.
- Management of the education quality system.
- Socio-psychological support of teachers.
During the seminar there was a discussion, the participants of the event asked a number of questions to the speaker. According to the results, students received electronic certificates of participation in the online seminar.
