On September 06-22 2021, a number of meetings of representatives of the psychological service of Ushynsky University with freshmen took place.

Applicants received information on the functions, tasks and content of the university psychological service. Students were introduced to recommendations for managing their own emotional state and provided advice on how to increase self-confidence.

To create a safe educational environment at the university, practical psychologists also informed first-year students about the causes and conditions that contribute to the disappearance of a person, conducted propaedeutic work on cases of bullying and more.

Applicants took part in a survey on the motivation to enter the university, as well as to study the state of adaptation to the conditions of the educational process.

During the meetings, students expressed interest in the peculiarities of psychological support of their professional training, received answers to questions about ways of personal growth during the mastery of the chosen educational and professional program.
