This year, an important event took place not only for the department of gymnastics and martial arts, which provides training for third (educational and scientific) level students, but also for Ushynsky University - for the first time, a doctor of philosophy diploma was received in specialty 017 Physical culture and sports.
Oleksandr Yevtushenko, a graduate student of the Department of Gymnastics and Martial Arts, received a Doctor of Philosophy diploma as a result of the successful defense of his dissertation on the topic: "Improving the physical and functional fitness of Greco-Roman wrestlers at the stage of preliminary basic training" in specialty 017 Physical Culture and Sports (supervisor - Dr. of physical education and sports, professor Valentyna Todorova).
