On March 23, 2023, the cultural and educational attaché of the Embassy of Hungary in Ukraine, Mr. Mihai Gruber, visited the state institution "South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky". The meeting was attended by university rector Andrii Krasnozhon, first vice-rector for educational and scientific-pedagogical work Olha Kopus, vice-rector for social-humanitarian and scientific-pedagogical work Andrii Nachev.

During the meeting, the university was presented, the work and educational process of Ushynsky University was introduced. International cooperation with Eastern and European partners and opportunities for cooperation with cultural and educational institutions of Hungary were discussed.

Attaché Mikhaya Gruber expressed his unanimous support for Ukraine in its fight against the aggressor and talked about cooperation with the National Museum of Medicine and the NATO Military Medical Center. The lecture "Best Practices on Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder" by Dr. Agnes Djörfi and books were presented to the university.
