In accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated September 29, 2023 No. 858-r "On the appointment of scholarships of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for outstanding merits in the field of higher education", lifetime scholarships of the CMU are assigned to the best scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions.
Among the scholarship holders is Bilova Nataliya Kostyantynivna, Associate Professor of the Department of Musical and Instrumental training, Faculty of Music and Choreography.

From 1987 to 2023, Nataliya Kostyantynivna Bilova held the position of dean of the Faculty of Music and Choreography of Ushynsky University.
During the years of her leadership, the faculty turned into a powerful scientific-methodical and artistic-educational center for the training of specialists in the field of art education, which has a strong staff. During her years of work, 3 scientific schools were founded, the faculty was provided with a powerful modern material, technical and informational base; organized successful and productive work of the graduate school.
