On January 12, Ushynsky University held an online round table "PAGOSTE: Results and use. Creation of step-by-step Instructions for the implementation of partnership management for higher education institutions of Ukraine" within the framework of the plan for sustainable development of the results of the Erasmus+ PAGOSTE project "New management mechanisms based on partnership and standardization of the training of vocational education teachers in Ukraine".
The work of the round table was started by the rector of the university Andrii Krasnozhon, who emphasized the value of labor professions for the reconstruction of the country and thanked foreign partners for the European experience.
As part of the work of the round table, the following is presented:
• innovative methodological recommendations developed by the project consortium with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. These recommendations are aimed at implementing management mechanisms based on partnership and standardization in the training of vocational education teachers in Ukraine;
• the online platform "Partner space 015", which has become a hub that unites higher education institutions, institutions of professional and vocational higher education, as well as employers. This tool opens up new opportunities for interaction and cooperation between different fields of education and business;
• best Ukrainian and European practices of implementing new management mechanisms based on partnership.
The participants of the round table also developed step-by-step recommendations aimed at the successful implementation of partnership management mechanisms in higher education institutions of Ukraine.
This round table is important for the training of vocational education teachers in our university and in the country as a whole.
