Unfortunately, talented graduates of pedagogical universities are in no hurry to go to work in school or kindergarten. Even when there is both desire and knowledge, it is very difficult for a young specialist. After all, he cannot yet claim additional payments for seniority or category. We decided to support young teachers and educators of schools and kindergartens. By my decree, a municipal monthly bonus of 3,000 hryvnias was introduced for young people who, after receiving a diploma, come to work in our educational institutions.
