At the meeting of the one-time specialized academic council of Ushynsky, University the defense of the dissertation research for obtaining the scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy on specialty 033 "Philosophy" of Yulia Mikhalova took place on the topic: "Philosophical and reflective understanding of the legal culture of the individual: the problem of the agapelogical approach."
