On February 12, Evgeniya Larina, secretary of the Embassy of Ukraine in Turkmenistan for cultural, humanitarian and political issues, visited Ushynsky University. Vice-rector for international, social-humanitarian and scientific-pedagogical work Andrii Nachev and head of the international relations department Oleksandra Morhun took part in the meeting.
At the initiative of the Embassy of Ukraine in Turkmenistan, during the meeting, the possibilities of expanding cooperation between the university and Turkmen institutions of higher education were discussed, namely holding conferences, meetings, consultations, etc.
More than 100 citizens of Turkmenistan study at Ushynsky University at various levels of higher education. Students from Turkmenistan choose specialties related to future teaching activities and after graduation return to their homeland to work in their profession. Our task is to maintain friendly relations between countries.
