The Universities' Reaction to Big Obstructions: Building resilient higher education to respond and manage societal crises (TURBO) was held on March 29, which plays a key role in the development and implementation of innovative solutions in the field of social rehabilitation and reintegration of IDPs.
During this meeting, the work plan for the current reporting period was discussed. The participants of the meeting considered in detail each stage of project implementation, identified priority tasks and defined specific steps for their implementation. Special attention was paid to the analysis of possible risks that may arise on the way of project implementation.
Representatives of the project team discussed various scenarios and proposed ways to overcome them. In particular, risk minimization strategies and methods of preventing possible obstacles in the implementation of the project were determined.
The result of the meeting was the clarification and improvement of the work plan for the future period, which will contribute to the more effective implementation of the TURBO project and the achievement of the planned goals.
