On April 24-25, 2025, the Department of Ukrainian and Foreign Literature held the All-Ukrainian Scientific and Practical Conference "Theory and Practice of Literary Text Analysis: Modern Vectors of Research".
The conference was opened with a welcoming speech by the Rector of Ushynsky University, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Krasnozhon Andrii Vasylyovych.
The event was attended by well-known scientists of Ukraine, doctors and candidates of philological sciences: Oleksenko V. P., Kopus O. A., Gurduz A. I., Druzhynets M. L., Horina Zh. D., as well as the teaching staff of the department, master's students and students of Ushynsky University, Kherson State University, Odesa State University of Internal Affairs, Odesa National Maritime University, Admiral Makarov National Shipbuilding University, Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University, Poltava V. G. Korolenko National Pedagogical University, Pavlo Tychyna Uman Pedagogical University.
The event aimed to discuss current problems of literary text analysis, exchange of experience and search for new approaches to the interpretation of literary texts.
The participants of the conference presented their research on various aspects of the literary text: genre and genre specificity, poetic and axiological features, narrative strategies, as well as linguistic dimensions of literary works.
The conference confirmed the importance of a systematic approach to the study of literary phenomena and the relevance of scientific dialogue between researchers from different regions of the country. The event contributed to the deepening of knowledge, the exchange of innovative ideas and opened up new prospects for further scientific explorations in the field of literary text analysis.
