On September 5, 2025, in the format of a meeting of the Presidium of the Association of Universities of Ukraine, a regional seminar was held with the participation of the Head of the Secretary of the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education, Oleksandr Anatoliyovych Khymenko. The topic of the seminar was “Ensuring the quality of higher education in martial law”. The seminar was held at the State University of Intellectual Technologies and Communications with the support of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky and Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University.

The attendees received interesting information about new strategies for the activities of the NAQAHE, accreditation in various formats, in particular, the institutional format and foreign. The issues of cross-border quality assurance of higher education, post-monitoring as an auxiliary tool, and others were raised.
