On October 11, 2025, South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky hosted the ceremonial completion of the second stream of the microcredit training program for internally displaced persons “Business and Technology: A New Start”, which is implemented within the framework of the international project TURBO Erasmus KA2 101129315 – TURBO – ERASMUS – ED – 2023 – CBHE “Universities’ Response to Major Obstacles: Creating Sustainable Higher Education for Responding to and Managing Social Crises””.
The educational process lasted throughout the fall semester — from June 14 to October 11, 2025 — and became an important stage in the professional growth and personal development of its participants.
The festive event was opened by the project manager, director of the South Ukrainian Center for Professional Development of Managers and Specialists in the Socioeconomic Sphere, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Nataliya Chernenko, who addressed the graduates with warm words of support and wishes for new successes. Honored guests and partners of the program joined in the congratulations.
The Rector of Ushynsky University, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Andriy Krasnozhon, addressed the graduates with a welcoming speech — he emphasized the importance of education as a driving force for the restoration of human potential and the development of civil society.
The President of the International Fund for Social Adaptation, Volodymyr Rubtsov, noted the importance of supporting educational initiatives aimed at the professional realization of internally displaced persons.
The Vice-Rector for Scientific Work of Ushynsky University, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor Hanna Muzychenko highly appreciated the level of training of the students and thanked the teachers for their dedication to the cause and inspired work.
The Coordinator of the Center for International Projects and Programs of Ushynsky University, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Volodymyr Chernykh delivered a welcoming speech.
The trainers of the Public Organization "Association for the Development of Professional and Continuing Education" Tetyana Bondarenko and Roman Nesterenko expressed words of support and gratitude to the project participants.
After the ceremonial speeches, certificates were awarded to graduates of the microcredit program, which confirmed the successful completion of their studies and the acquisition of new knowledge, skills and competencies.
In the final part of the event, sincere responses were heard from graduates who shared their stories, experiences and plans for the future.
The celebration ended in a warm, friendly atmosphere during a traditional coffee meeting, which became a great opportunity for communication, gratitude and exchange of ideas for further professional initiatives.
The festive event once again confirmed: education is not only knowledge, but also a force that unites, supports and inspires new achievements.
