On October 15, 2025, Ushynsky University welcomed 36 higher education applicants who successfully passed all entrance exams and were enrolled in Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) programs to begin their postgraduate studies.

Traditionally, the first meeting with graduate students began with congratulations from the rector Andrii KRASNOZHON with instructions and wishes for success in studying and preparing dissertation research, as well as the introduction of new graduate students to university policies in the field of ensuring the quality of educational activities (Iryna Khyzhnyak, Yulia Muzhelyak, Anna Prokopenko - Department of Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies), culture of integrity (Ksenia Maksym - Academic Integrity Promotion Group, Ushynsky University Library), anti-corruption policy (Sergii Derevyankin, Authorized Unit for the Prevention and Detection of Corruption), psychological support (Iryna SAZONOVA, practical psychologist of the university), international activities (Olexandra MORHUN, Department of International Relations), self-government (Dmytro Belitchenko - Council of Young Scientists), social protection and support (Polina Kyneva, Deputy Head of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the University).

The inauguration of the postgraduate students took place, and interesting years of study and scientific research lie ahead, full of permanent changes in the rules of the game and challenges of the external environment, to overcome which they will find support from their scientific supervisors, who will be appointed by the university within a month, the Guarantors of educational and scientific programs, heads of departments, and representatives of the administration.
