On October 16, 2025, students of the specialties Political Science, Law and Public Management and Administration of Ushynsky University, within the framework of studying disciplines related to anti-corruption activities ("Prevention and Counteraction to Corruption", "Anti-Corruption and Integrity") in the format of a guest lecture, met with practicing specialists - the head of the Authorized Unit for the Prevention and Detection of Corruption at Ushynsky University, Candidate of Law, Assoc. Prof. Serhii DEREVIANKIN and the senior operational officer of the 4th Department (counteraction to organized criminal groups in state authorities) of the Strategic Investigations Directorate in the Odessa Region of the Strategic Investigations Department of the National Police of Ukraine, Police Captain Ihor Tokarchuk.

The discussion with law enforcement officers on the procedures for identifying corruption risks, corruption and corruption-related offenses, their investigation and bringing perpetrators to justice within the framework of criminal and administrative liability, as well as the importance of educational work in society aimed at forming a culture of integrity and rejection of corruption, turned out to be interesting and useful.
