Participation of a student of the Faculty of Foreign Languages in the academic mobility program in Germany

I THANK MY UNIVERSITY FOR AN INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my university for the chance to go on an exchange study in Germany. This experience was a real adventure and an important stage in my life.

As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by my new supervisors. They helped me with all the documents, showed me the dormitory and told me how everything is arranged here. Their support helped me adapt quickly and feel “at home”.

During this month, I met many foreign friends and got to know representatives of different cultures – it is priceless. Communicating with such open-minded people broadens my outlook and inspires me. My English and German have really improved, and I also met wonderful students from China. We even exchange phrases in Chinese – which is especially nice, because I am studying to become an English and Chinese philologist.

The city I live in now is incredibly atmospheric – cozy streets, historical buildings, lots of greenery and light. We are often taken on excursions, and every time I discover something new.

I am infinitely grateful to my university for this opportunity – for the trust, support and chance to study and develop among people from all over the world. This is an experience that will stay with me forever.
