On November 5, 2025, a guest lecture “The Role of Creativity in Higher Education: Promoting Innovation and Critical Thinking” was held within the discipline “Educational and Educational Activities in the Field of Psychology” for master's degree students of the Higher Education Institution “Practical and Applied Psychology” with Olha Zbarskaya, Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology and Administration of the Socioeconomic Sphere, member of the US Academy of Clinical and Social Work (ACSW), member of The Textbook & Academic Authors Association, expert in accreditation of educational courses, expert in the field of human creative potential, founder and president of the company “OZCREDO”. During her speech, the speaker emphasized the importance of developing creative thinking in the conditions of modern higher education, emphasizing that creativity today is the key competence of a teacher and a student. Particular attention was paid to practical strategies for stimulating creativity, an innovative approach to learning and integrating modern educational technologies into professional training of specialists, and taking them into account when developing educational and educational programs.
Olha Zbarska also spoke about the possibilities of future cooperation with the Institute of Creative Thinking "OZ CREDO", which actively develops educational programs aimed at forming the creative potential of the individual and the professional growth of teachers, psychologists and scientists.
The meeting with Ms. Olha Zbarska became a powerful motivational impulse for master's degree applicants, who were inspired to develop their own creative potential and new educational initiatives.
