A guest lecture by Hryhoriy USATY, the NACP employee

On November 6, 2025, at Ushynsky University, as part of the study of academic disciplines of anti-corruption content ("Prevention and Counteraction to Corruption", "Anti-Corruption and Integrity", "Public Policy", "Public Authority and Management"), an open guest lecture was held by a professional practitioner, deputy head of the Department of Implementation of Policy in the Field of Law and Order of the Department of Implementation of Anti-Corruption Policy in the Field of Economy and Law and Order of the National Anti-Corruption Commission, Candidate of Laws, Associate Professor Hryhoriy USATY on the topic "PREVENTING CORRUPTION IN WAR CONDITIONS: NEW ACHIEVEMENTS AND CHALLENGES".

The lecture addressed the issues of the NACP's work areas, the specifics of implementing anti-corruption practices during the war, in particular in the field of lifestyle monitoring, Ukraine's achievements in the field of preventing and combating corruption, such as analytical work in the field of monitoring the implementation of the anti-corruption strategy, as well as weak practices that need improvement. As an example, among the latter, along with the cryptocurrency wealth of declarants, there was a low salary of educators and scientists, which creates certain corruption risks. Separately, the lecturer focused on the importance of the educational component, in particular, the NACP's efforts to create modern educational products within the framework of informal education for public servants and citizens, as well as the need to cooperate with public organizations and the media in the field of preventing and detecting corruption.

The lecture was held in an open format, which allowed graduate students and students of various educational programs, as well as teachers and all interested parties to join the lecture not only from Ushynsky University, but also from partner universities.
