Intellectual forum "Sociocultural practices of youth: opportunities for managing sociocultural activities in the development of creativity, leadership, and monetization of one's own resources"

The INTELLECTUAL FORUM dedicated to the World Day of Science for Peace and Development, International Students' Day and Student's Day in Ukraine, "SOCIOCULTURAL PRACTICES OF YOUTH: POSSIBILITIES OF MANAGEMENT OF SOCIOCULTURAL ACTIVITIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVITY, LEADERSHIP, MONETIZATION OF OWN RESOURCES" has started at Ushynsky University.

The Forum was created thanks to the initiative of the Department of Philosophical and Sociological Studies and Sociocultural Practices and is supported by the Educational and Scientific Institute of Musical and Performing Arts and Sociocultural Practices (Director of the Institute Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Olena Rebrova), the leadership of Ushynsky University. The Forum will be held from November 26 to 28. The Forum is attended by the students from educational institutions in Odesa: the state institution "South Ukrainian National University named after K.D. Ushinsky”; I.I. Mechnikov Odesa National University, Odesa Trade and Economic Professional College, State Educational Institution "Odesa Professional Lyceum of the Service Sector of the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky", Odesa Economic Lyceum of the Odesa City Council and others.

An online meeting was held on November 26. The Rector of Ushynsky University, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Andriy Krasnozhon, delivered a welcoming speech. He emphasized the importance of diverse programs for youth at Ushynsky University and the importance of receiving a quality education. Vice-Rector for Scientific Work of Ushynsky University, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor Hanna Muzychenko, on whose initiative the educational program “Management of Socio-Cultural Activities” has existed at the university for more than 11 years, noted the importance of the economic sphere and its more important component – ​​socio-cultural activities for modern Ukrainian society. The Head of the Department of Philosophical and Sociological Studies and Socio-Cultural Practices, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Yevhen Borinshtein, drew attention to the systematic work of the department with youth and the logistical essence of the department’s educational programs: EPP “Management of Socio-Cultural Activities”, ESP (for masters) “Philosophy of Business and Socio-Cultural Practices”, ESP (for postgraduates) “Philosophy”. It was emphasized that the department has 5 free scientific circles: “School of Logistics”; “School of Guides”; “Theory and Practice of Management of Socio-Cultural Activities”; "Philosophical Club "Sofia""; "South Ukrainian Scientific Studios", where young people studying in bachelor's, master's and postgraduate studies can find themselves, learn the main specifics of their creative orientation. The Program of the Intellectual Forum was developed by the students of the "School of Logistics" group (head - Yevgen Borinshtein). The meeting was actively attended by students of the 1st-4th year of the EPP "Management of Socio-Cultural Activities", masters of the interdisciplinary ESP "Philosophy of Business and Socio-Cultural Practices", postgraduate students of the ESP "Philosophy". The meeting attracted considerable attention from Ukrainian youth: students, undergraduate and master's students, postgraduate students.

Presentations of individual programs of the Department of Philosophical and Sociological Studies and Sociocultural Practices were made: "The Role of Money in the Management of Sociocultural Activities" (Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Yevhen Borinshtein); "Secrets of Modern Time Management: Gadgets Should Not Manage You" (Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Professor Olena Liseyenko); "Game as a Historical and Cultural Phenomenon" (Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Zoya Atamanyuk); "Management as a Game: How to Manage the World and Not Lose Yourself" (Candidate of Philosophy, Associate Professor Tetyana Poplavska); "Memes, Slang and TikTok as a New Language of the Generation - How the Internet Rewrites Grammar" (Candidate of Philosophy, Associate Professor Halyna Wrayt); "Practical workshop: "Who I am and who I want to be" (Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Oksana Petinova).

The meeting was held in interesting discussions and interesting communication. At the end of the meeting, Anastasia Danilenko, a graduate of the "Management of Socio-Cultural Activities" program, who is currently studying in the master's program "Philosophy of Business and Socio-Cultural Practices", spoke. She emphasized the quality of the department's programs, reported that the knowledge she gained helped her get a job as the Chief Specialist of the Department of Nationalities and Religions of the Department of Culture, Nationalities and Religions of the Department of Culture, Nationalities, Religions and Protection of Cultural Heritage Sites of the Odesa Regional State Administration.
