On December 12, the students of the specialty "Public Management and Administration" - participants of the project "Organization of the Work of a Local Council Deputy" attended the last session of the Odesa City Council this year. The key decision is the adoption of the Odesa budget for 2026.

The total budget is over 16 billion UAH. It is formed taking into account state subsidies, the community's own income and the city's real capabilities in war conditions. The following year, the reserve fund was increased in order to have a financial tool for an operational response to emergencies, the consequences of shelling and other unforeseen challenges.

Among other issues on the agenda are the approval of regulations on individual structural units, issues related to municipal property, target programs, concepts and urban planning, creation, liquidation, and approval of charters of municipal enterprises
