For master's students majoring in A1 Educational Sciences (EPP "Pedagogy. Management of an educational institution"), orientation conferences on production (assistant) practice were held, which are an important stage in the training of future managers and teachers of higher education, where theory is transformed into real professional experience.
The conferences were opened by the Head of the Department, Oksana Sakalyuk, who emphasized the importance of assistant practice as a platform for the formation of leadership qualities and pedagogical skills. Oksana Oleksandrivna Sakalyuk emphasized that the modern educational sphere needs not just teachers, but managers of the educational process, able to adapt to changes and implement innovations. It is during such practice that master's students have a unique opportunity to deeply feel the dynamic rhythm of the work of a higher education institution and become direct participants in its academic life.
The Head of the practice, Professor Nataliya Chernenko, conducted a detailed briefing on the content of the practice. While working with the students, she focused on the specifics of preparing and conducting lectures and practical classes, the features of educational work with students, the digitalization of the educational process and work in distance learning systems. Nataliya Mykolayivna Chernenko provided clear methodological recommendations on maintaining reporting documentation and called on master's students to be creative in teaching.
Special attention was paid to the practical aspects of interaction with methodologists. Associate Professor of the Department Kristina Tambovska, together with her colleagues, explained in detail the schedule of practice, the procedure for completing diaries and the criteria for evaluating results.
The conference was held in the format of a constructive dialogue. Students received answers to all relevant questions and were inspired to work productively.
