On April 7, 2026, an official group of representatives from Ushynsky University visited the Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey in Odesa. Rector Andriy KRASNOZHON led the delegation consisting of the Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Oleksandra POPOVA, and the Head of the Department of Germanic and Oriental Languages ​​and Methods of Their Teaching, Anastasia YUMRUKUZ.

During the fruitful conversation, the intention of Ushynsky University to initiate the recruitment of applicants for the EPP "Secondary Education (Language and Literature (Turkish, English))" in the summer admission campaign of 2026 was presented.

During the discussion of current issues of employment of graduates of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Rector Andriy KRASNOZHON exchanged views with the Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Odesa, Mr. Muhittin ÇELIK, on ​​the historical aspects of the establishment of friendly relations between Ukraine and Turkey, as well as the prospects for the development of further educational cooperation between the partner states.
