South Ukrainian national pedagogical university named after K.D. Ushynsky launched a project to prepare a new generation of public sector consultants on issues of democratic management style and anti-corruption management.
The initiative of this project belongs to the Norwegian specialist Olaf Saxegaard, which in September 2016 with the support of the International Fund "Ukraine-Norway" held a conference on "Universities of Ukraine as subjects of the state anti-corruption". There a concept of anti-corruption consulting was defined and a selection of participants was announced.
February 12-16, 2017 there was held a training consulting group on the basis of our university. The training was conducted by a renowned expert in organizational consulting and human resource management from Norway Olaf Saxegaard as a volunteer.
The training focused on the role of a consultant, it was full of organizational, cultural, law topics and issues in management, which can be applied to achieve a more efficient service in the public sector and for the fight against corruption. The working language of the project and training is English.
