June 23, 2017, the Rector of Ushinsky University O.Ya. Chebykin participated in the forum of Ukrainian and Chinese higher educational institutions with the participation of education ministers of Ukraine and China. At the forum the ministers informed participants on the state and prospects of expanding cooperation between Ukrainian and Chinese universities. In total, 25 rectors from Ukraine and China took part in the event.

The work of the forum was held in the form of university presentations with a view to identifying possible areas for expanding cooperation.
