Within the framework of the Memorandum on the Establishment of the Regional Platform (Network) of Graduating Departments for Training of Public Authorities (signed in May 2018), the Departments of Public Administration and Regional Studies and Educational Management and Public Administration of Ushynsky University cooperate for the third year in a row.

During the discussion, which took place with the participation of scientists from higher education institutions of Odessa, officials of central and local executive bodies, local governments, public experts from Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv and Kharkiv regions, a number of topics were discussed: "Public authorities in the context of reforms in Ukraine: Challenges and Prospects”, “Civil Society as a Driver of Sustainability and Sustainability of Ukraine’s Development”, “Implementation of Mechanisms of Power-Public Interaction: Why and How”, etc.
