On May 5, 2022, an online meeting with Svitlana Oleksandrivna Gerega, a stakeholder, director of Odesa Inclusive Resource Center # 5, took place as part of a public discussion of educational programs. The teachers of the Department of Family and Special Pedagogy and Psychology and students of 1-4 years of study at the Faculty of Preschool Pedagogy and Psychology took part in the discussion.

Babchuk Olena Hryhoriivna, a guarantor of the educational-professional program “Preschool education. Practical Psychology in Preschool Education Institutions of the first (bachelor's) level, highlighted the features of this program, emphasized the list and content of general and special (professional) competencies required for the preparation of applicants for the specialty 012 Preschool Education.

Svitlana Oleksandrivna Gerega shared her thoughts on increasing the competitiveness of graduates on the basis of general and professional competencies and made suggestions on mandatory and optional components of the educational and professional program.

At the end of the meeting there was a lively discussion on the employment of students.
