On May 5, the students of the Faculty of Music and Choreography took part in the XXXVIII International Two-Round Festival "Star Spring", Kyiv. This time I had to take part remotely. The main purpose of the competition is to increase the level of professional competence of educational professionals and the artistic and creative aspect of the process of personality development. The students had the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities in several categories: choral conducting, ensemble singing and choir.

Our students showed a high level of preparation and received high marks from the jury with professional comments.

Among the winners:

Grand Prix winner - Mixed Academic Choir of Ushynsky University students in the category "Choirs". Artistic director - Olexander Vila-Botsman, choirmaster - Natalia Hetmanets, concertmaster - Olena Rudyakova;

Grand Prix winner - Ushynsky University Student Ensemble in the category "Ensembles". Teacher - Natalia Hetmanets, accompanist - Khodikina Lyudmila;

Also winners in the category "Conductors" were students:

Filchenkova Kateryna - laureate of the II degree,

Grechana Victoria - laureate of the II degree,

Polishchuk Violetta - winner of the first degree,

Guo Xiaofeng is a first-degree laureate.
