A visit to Odesa Regional State Administration
May 27, 2019, the students of the specialty 052 "Political Science" and 081 "Law" paid a visit to Odesa Regional State Administration, where they got acquainted with the structure and peculiarities of the work of the departments, in the format of the round table and the "question-answer" technique to find out the specifics of the work of the administration, opportunities for internship and practice in order to further practical work in this field.

Women's choir victory at the choir festival in Poland
May 22, 2019 female youth choir of the Faculty of Music and Choreography under the guidance of senior lecturers Lesnik O.S. and Radyushina S.O. returned from Poland, where they attended the XXXVIII International Festival of Church Music "Haynukka 2019" in Bialystok. Twenty-seven choirs from 12 countries came to this world-famous choral forum. Our choir received the 3rd place in its nomination, leaving behind three mixed and women’s choir groups.
Participation in the contest of readers’ reviews "Say a Word about a Book"
May 20, 2019, the students of the 1st course of the Faculty of Philology under the supervision of the lecturer of the Department of Ukrainian and Foreign literatures Pavlyuk Nadezhda Leonydivna took part in the contest of readers' reviews "Say a Word about Book a Word" in the framework of the 20th All-Ukrainian Exhibition-Forum "Ukrainian Book in Odesa Region" at Odesa National Science Library. The event's organizers announced the terms of the competition and introduced the students to the books published by Ukrainian publishing houses during the last year and became winners of various prestigious contests and literary ratings.
International festival-competition of arts "Fest music 2019"
May 19, 2019, in the city of Chornomorsk, the International Festival-Competition of Arts "Fest music 2019" was held, in which the students of the Faculty of Music and Choreography have been awarded prize-winning places. La Yang and Sun Xiaodong have received the titles of Laureates and the first prize in the Instrumental Ensemble nomination. The 3rd year student Tetyana Kozlova has taken the 2nd place.

By the centenary of the creation of the Odesa Film Studio (1919): a meeting with the well-known sound engineer Yukhym Vasylovych Turetskyi, the winner of the silver prize "Nika" for his achievements in the field of cinema art.
The meeting has been held by the Department of Physical Education.

In Kamyanets (Dnipropetrovska region), the final competitions of the XIVth Summer Ukrainian Universiade of Ukraine in swimming in 2019 took place. The overall management of the organization and holding of competitions is carried out by the Committee on Physical Education and Sport of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Swimming Federation.
