On March 22, 2021, the XXIX regional student chess games were held in our city. The combined team of students of Ushynsky University took 1st place. The national team included: Yurovsky Olexander (master of sports, winner of the championships of Ukraine), Stengach Julia - students of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics, Kukelko Olexii (master of sports, winner of the championships of Ukraine) - a student of the Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Rehabilitation. The games were attended by 15 teams from higher education institutions of our city. The team of Ushynsky University won all rounds.

On March 21-22, 2021, the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration organized an online seminar on "Financial autonomy of educational institutions: benefits and risks", which was conducted by Baranetska Olena Hryhorivna - Deputy Mayor for Executive Bodies - Head of Education Yuzhne city ​​Council.

This semester, the Norway-Ukraine project is holding classes at the Center for Medical, Psychological and Social Assistance to Servicemen and Families Affected by the Conflict in Eastern Ukraine.

On March 20-21, the XXIX regional student games in karate WKF took place in our city. The combined team of students of Ushynsky University took the 1st place. The national team included students of the educational and scientific institute of physical culture, sports and rehabilitation: Lagunov Ihor, Vatan Kirill, Zaporozhchenko Halina, Balzhik Tatiana, Gamurar Julia, Mamedov Gadym, Yanul Olexander. A special contribution to the victory was made by: Lagunov I. - 1st place, Vatan K. - 1st place, Zaporozhchenko Galina - 2nd place. The representative of the team at the competition - Associate Professor of Gymnastics and Martial Arts Chustrak Anatoly Petrovych.

March 20, 2021 by teachers of the Department of Educational Management and Public Administration (Associate Professor M.M. Ruchkina, Associate Professor O.O. Sakalyuk) for heads of educational institutions of Odessa and Odessa region at refresher courses on the basis of the South Ukrainian Center for Professional Development of Socionomic Leaders and Specialists The lecture-discussion "Educational monitoring: challenges and opportunities" and the workshop "Communication processes in the modern educational information space" were held.

The Championship of Ukraine in sports aerobics among juniors and adults took place on March 18-20 in Kyiv. The competition was attended by students of Ushynsky University, who study at the Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Rehabilitation and specialize in the Department of Gymnastics and Martial Arts (sports and pedagogical training in sports aerobics).

On March 19, 2021, a solemn ceremony of awarding diplomas to master's students majoring in 073 "Management", who were awarded the qualification "Master of Management", took place at Ushynsky University.
