On December 17, 2024, the rector of Ushynsky University, Andrii KRASNOZHON, congratulated Valentina Andriivna Kolchak, Deputy Director of the Department of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Odesa Regional State Administration, on receiving a Doctor of Philosophy degree in specialty 017 Physical Culture and Sports.

On December 13, 2024, the defense of the dissertation of the postgraduate student of the Department of Pedagogy Denis Kibich on the topic "Preparation of future teachers of fine arts for the formation of communicative culture of schoolchildren by means of acmeological technologies" (specialty 011 Educational, pedagogical sciences) took place.
On December 13, 2024, at a meeting of the one-time specialized academic council of Ushynsky University, the defense of the dissertation of the postgraduate student of the Department of Pedagogy Wu Minli on the topic “Formation of economic competence of future teachers of fine arts in professional training” (specialty 011 Educational, pedagogical sciences) was held. The materials of the dissertation were tested within the scientific laboratory of the Department of Pedagogy “Innovations in Education”.
