Dear students of Ushynsky University! The Expert Council of Students of Higher Education Institutions, which is a collegial, consultative and advisory body for the purpose of collecting, analyzing and updating the academic needs of students, launched the National Student Survey on February 7, 2024.

Ushinsky University continues its acquaintance with applicants. During the week, career orientation meetings were held with high school students of Odesa lyceums "Nadia", #16, #28, #81.

On February 16, 2024, the dissertations of postgraduate students of the Department of Pedagogy of Ushynsky University Wang Wei (scientific supervisor - Professor Iryna Palshkova) and Iryna Shyman (scientific supervisor - Associate Professor Olha Halitsan) were successfully defended.

On January 29-February 16, 2024, the regional tour of the All-Ukrainian competition "Teacher of the Year - 2024" was held on the basis of "Odesa Academy of Continuing Education of the Odesa Regional Council".

Ukraine took 5th place in the overall team standings of the European Youth Karate Championship, which was held in Tbilisi (Georgia) on February 9-11, 2024.

February 15 - the date of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan - became the Day of Commemoration of all participants in hostilities on the territory of other states. Today, on the 35th anniversary, we pay tribute to the courage and heroism of the Afghan soldiers and their comrades, who performed their difficult mission in more than twenty countries around the world.

On February 14, on Valentine's Day, the Faculty of Foreign Languages organized an incredible event for students! Students from all over the university had the opportunity to visit our faculty, and even teachers were not left out.
