From 18 to 19 May 2022 in the library of the state institution "South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Ushynsky" was a scientific workshop "State registration of copyright in a scientific work." The participants of the event were teachers of Ushynsky University.

On May 20, 2022, as part of the celebration of the Day of Science, the teachers of the Faculty of Primary Education held a Round Table "Actual problems of primary education: realities and prospects" with 3rd year students. The event turned out to be extremely productive, as students already have experience of practice in primary school. The peculiarities, advantages and disadvantages of the NUS were identified, current issues of primary education were discussed, emphasis was placed on the proper organization of the educational environment in the conditions of the NUS. Finally, students fantasized about "Dream Educational Environment", which resulted in interesting ideas for a modern, effective educational environment in primary school.

On May 20, 2022, the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Theory and Methods of Physical Culture and Sports held an online seminar on the topic of Science: "Modern issues of reliability of research results in the field of physical culture and sports." The event was attended by research and teaching staff of the department, students of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education, the second (master's) level of higher education, teachers and young scientists.

On May 19, 2022 at the Department of Applied Mathematics and Informatics was held a scientific and practical seminar "Remote control and management of robotic devices by means of network technologies." The report of the senior lecturer of the department, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Chernykh V.V. and senior teacher Korablyov V.A. on the topical issue of further development of scientific research on the basis of robotic technical laboratory equipment in the conditions of remote work were heard. Students of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics were invited to the seminar.

Ushinsky University hosted an online seminar on coping with stress for teachers of preschool education in Odesa region.

On May 19, 2022, on the World Embroidery Day, teachers of the Faculty of Primary Education traditionally took part in the III International Scientific Online Conference "My Embroidered Ukraine: Ethnocultural and Educational Potential of Ukrainian Embroidery".

On May 19, 2022, teachers of the Department of Pedagogy and graduate students majoring in 011 Educational, Pedagogical Sciences, 015 Professional Education took part in the workshop "State registration of copyright for a scientific work", which was held by the Ushynsky University Library for Science Day. The participants of the event got acquainted with the information on the state registration of copyright and agreements concerning the author's right to the work. Recommendations were provided for self-registration of applications for state registration of copyright in a work under martial law.
