May 22-23, 2017 the delegation of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D. Within the Third International Congress on the faculty of primary education was held the International conference "Training of primary school teachers: modern challenges".

On the occasion of the 200th anniversary of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D.Ushynsky there was held the IIId International Congress "Global challenges of teacher education in the university space" (May, 18-21, 2017). It was attended by Ukrainian experts and guests from Georgia, Israel, America, Japan, Estonia, Belarus and other countries.

May 20, 2017 within the Third International Congress "Global problems of teacher education in the academic space" dedicated to the 200th anniversary of Ushynsky University the conference "Political and legal, social, humanitarian and economic determinants of teacher training for education" was attended by 80 eminent scientists, academicians, professors,

As part of the celebration of the 200th anniversary of South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. D. Ushynsky there was held the traditional international congress "Global problems of teacher education in the university space". It was attended not only by Ukrainian specialists, but also by guests from Georgia, Israel, America, Japan, Estonia, Belarus and other countries. 

On the occasion of the 200th anniversary of Ushynsky University the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Liliya Mykhailivna Hrynevych met with lecturers and students.
